This vintage is made with grapes from the Amigny slope, on south-facing clayey soil, giving rich wines with lots of substance.

Aged for one year in 600-litre oak barrels, it is noteworthy for its fullness and volume on the palate.

     tasting

Delicate nose with hints of mocha, vanilla and chestnut purée. The aromas of the grape then emerge in force: floral notes (hawthorn) and fruity notes (cherry plum, citrus fruit).

Zesty, strong and persistent mouthfeel with hints of oak chip.

Serving suggestions: Cooked fish (bass, sea bream, etc.)
